Women’s football is my passion, and with my experience in business analysis and strategy I genuinely get excited about building supportive programmes and strategies to support female players.

I am the founder of the Her Game Too training centre (pictured above), which provides football to women and girls, beginners and intermediates, outfield players and goalkeepers.

With women’s football growing at an incredible pace, it’s a dream come true to be able to apply my professional leadership and delivery skills to the sport I’m most passionate about.

Sport is for everyone, and should be a place where everyone can turn up authentically and feeling safe.

In my work with the community in Wales and South West England, I’ve helped to lead and guide inclusive practices in sport from grassroots levels to advising the Football Association of Wales.

From welcoming refugees to football, to speaking about the barriers facing LGBTQIA+ people in sports, I have a wealth of experience in creating environments, (such as at Cardiff Dragons FC pictured above) that genuinely save lives.
